SC325MS

The SC325MS is a reliable, advanced 3-axis stepper motor translator-driver. Just supply a step and direction signal from a PC or other controlling device and the SC325MS will do the rest.

The SC325MS can drive bipolar stepper motors up to 2.5A per phase, in either full, 1/2, 1/4, or 1/8 step microsteps. On a standard 200 step per revolution motor that equals 1600 steps per revolution!

Also, the SC325MS allows you to set the current limit in the windings of the stepper motor for each axis by simply turning on or off the on-board DIP switches. This allows you to drive motors at higher than their rated voltage for increased torque even at high speeds. You can also use a resistor to set the current level and bypass the DIP switches.

Possibly the best feature of the SC325MS is the included heat sink, fan, and aluminum enclosure, for worry-free operation regardless of your system's demands. Also, the SC325MS comes with all the cables you need to connect it to a PC's parallel port. Step, direction, and enable signals can also be supplied to the SC325MS through a 26-pin IDC header.
